Barstow Heights Residents--please read

Hello Neighbors!! A notice to all pet lovers. One of the Heights residents told me that someone is opening their locked backyard gate. One of their dogs got out and roamed for a couple days but he's home now. Be careful with your fur babies, secure your gates/yard and watch for suspicious people and activity.
