"Local House Robbery Ring--
There is a local group that live and rob in Barstow Heights. They were recently forcebly evicted from a home in the Heights. They have been casing houses along Crestview Rd. and Up and down K St. And L St. but could be operating anywhere in Barstow. Having video cameras that are motion sensitive and infrared that let you see in real time who is trying to rob your house is a good idea. Doorbell camera is also a good idea. These people will steal out of your mailbox, steal packages that are delivered to your door, steal out of your car, etc. They are responsible for most of the crimes in The Heights. Police are well aware of the situation and know who they are."
