SPECIAL MEETING MINUTES
Tuesday, December 14, 2021 6:00 p.m.
1. Meeting called to order at 6:02 by President Stapp, who leads Pledge of Allegiance.
2. Directors present: Daryl Schendel, Gene Low, Ronald Stradling and Blythe Roeder-German.
3. Parks:
a. Barstow Heights Park— There are two young trees in the park that are growing well. Letter sent to tow company whose trucks were parked on Rimrock blocking view into the park. Situation seems to be solved.
b. Venner Park— Spring rider toy needs installed. Carol will contact Kyle Woolley to confirm maintenance crew can do the work.
4. Resolution 2021-3 Application submission for Grant Money: Resolution is a part of this agenda. Read and reviewed by Board. Roll call vote taken by Carol. Resolution passes unanimously. Resolution 2021-3 is signed by President Stapp and part of the official record.
Carol will prepare necessary documents for grant application and send electronically to the Office of Grants and Local Services.
5. Other Business: Director Roeder-German suggests solar lights for office building. Streetlight next to building has not been working. Carol will check with Edison about a service call on light pole.
